patch 8.2.3160: 'breakindent' does not work well for bulleted lists

Problem: 'breakindent' does not work well for bulleted and numbered lists.
Solution: Add the "list" entry to 'breakindentopt'. (Christian Brabandt,
            closes #8564, closes #1661)
