patch 9.1.1639: completion: popup may be misplaced
Problem: During commandline completiom, popup window placement can be
incorrect when 'noselect' is present in 'wildmode'
(Shane-XB-Qian)
Solution: Disable "showtail" feature when 'noselect' is present.
