Key changes:
- Spacing and sizing between sections is more consistent.
- Trademark disclaimer is more universal.
- Put many contributors from "other contributions" into "additional
programming" or "additional artwork", as needed.
- New credits as reflected from changelog and Precursors site.
All damage from the initial failed commit should now be repaired.

Be aware that some filenames in moved files were hardcoded,
so this revision is not properly functional; cutscenes will all
break. The next commit will update the files appropriately to fix this.
