adam d4f9485f90 Modern C++. 
Frankly I don't care to try to support a wide variety of
"older" stuff.  I don't have the time, and I don't think
it's sensible to promote being able to play the
modified form of this game (using my dynamic system) on
toasters and coffee makers.  Most systems with the capacity
to handle what I'll wind up demanding will probably
support C++23 already.

Michael Martin 562917b456 Merge post-0.7.0 commits through 'c8250d8b8' into v0.7.2. 
sdl_common.c has lost some commits in the restructuring and those
will need to be replayed over the restructured files for SDL1 and 2.

mcmartin 14d8bdad31 Update content version to 0.7. Update install scripts to match. 
Strip PPC support from Mac build, since this is no longer a configuration we can test.

Fix some bugs in the build uqm install sequence on Mac.

Meep-Eep 12d6b02bd4 Remove -Winline from builds with strict warnings; we can't do anything about 
the "inlining failed in call to <...>: call is unlikely and code size would grow" warnings, and they're abscuring legitimate problems.
