Cleaned up use of the DEBUG define:
- renamed the DEBUG define for debugging specific code. In the top of the relevant files there is an commented out define to activate debugging for that file. - removed entire DEBUG sections where it is no longer relevant - compile with DEBUG defined when building a debugging binary Code that produces general warnings is kept in DEBUG blocks. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/sc2/code/trunk@1377 8092fc87-c524-0410-9efc-e669fe64eaf9
