patch 9.1.1826: Patch v9.1.1230 causes confusion about Ctrl-C behaviour

Problem:  Patch v9.1.1230 causes confusion about Ctrl-C behaviour
          (kuuote, after v9.1.1230)
Solution: Revert the behaviour, keep the old behaviour
