patch 9.1.0376: Vim9: Trailing commands after class/enum keywords ignored

Problem:  Vim9: Trailing commands after class/enum keywords ignored
Solution: Remove EX_TRLBAR keyword from command definition
          (Yegappan Lakshmanan)
