patch 8.2.3623: "$*" is expanded to "nonomatch"

Problem:    "$*" is expanded to "nonomatch".
Solution:   Only add "set nonomatch" when using a csh-like shell. (Christian
            Brabandt, closes #9159, closes #9153)
