patch 8.0.0769: build problems with terminal on MS-Windows

Problem:    Build problems with terminal on MS-Windows using MSVC.
Solution:   Remove stdbool.h dependency. Only use ScreenLinesUC when it was
            allocated. Fix typos. (Ken Takata)
