Subject: [PATCH] runtime(new-tutor): update tutor and correct comandline
 completion

Problem: Some parts of the tutor are outdated.

- For example, pressing `<Tab>` after typing `:e` does not complete the
command `:edit`, but shows a completion menu with the first entry being
`:earlier`.
