patch 9.1.0544: filetype: ldapconf files are not recognized

Problem:  filetype: ldapconf files are not recognized
Solution: Detect '.ldaprc', 'ldap.conf' and 'ldaprc' files as ldapconf
          filetype, include a simple ldapconf ftplugin file
          (Riley Bruins)
