patch 8.2.3584: "verbose set efm" reports location of the :compiler command

Problem:    "verbose set efm" reports the location of the :compiler command.
            (Gary Johnson)
Solution:   Add the "-keepscript" argument to :command and use it when
            defining CompilerSet.
