patch 8.0.1330: MS-Windows: job in terminal can't get back to Vim

Problem:    MS-Windows: job in terminal can't get back to Vim.
Solution:   set VIM_SERVERNAME in the environment. (Yasuhiro Matsumoto, closes
            #2360)
