patch 9.1.1585: Wayland: gvim still needs GVIM_ENABLE_WAYLAND

Problem:  Wayland: gvim still needs GVIM_ENABLE_WAYLAND
Solution: Drop the GVIM_ENABLE_WAYLAND code, always enable both X11 and
          Wayland GUI support (Christoffer Aasted)
