patch 9.0.1300: 'statusline' only supports one "%=" item

Problem:    'statusline' only supports one "%=" item.
Solution:   Add support for multiple "%=" items. (TJ DeVries, Yegappan
            Lakshmanan, closes #11970, closes #11965)
