runtime(thrift): add ftplugin, indent and syntax scripts

Problem: Apache Thrift files misses ftplugin, indent and syntax scripts

Solution:
- add ftplugin and indent scripts
- add thrift indent test
- port the syntax script from apache/thrift (Apache License 2)
